I went when they opened, there was a line outside before the doors opened. It was quiet when first arriving and got louder as more tables filled. The garlic bread is a MUST starter. There is butter and cheese between every slice of the bread and its perfect size for sharing. The pork ragu is heavy on the pork and tastes great on the garlic bread too! The mushroom risotto has lots of mushrooms and great flavor. Definitely order the tiramisu for dessert- I could've eaten the whole thing myself! Parking- street parking or nearby parking lot in walking distance

Beautiful ambiance and good service. Very cute. I suggest coming with a group of 3-4 so you can snag a booth otherwise it's only chair seating. The garlic bread was delicious and we had the Caesar salad which was probably the best I've EVER had. We also got the vodka sauce pasta and it's a little salty at first but you get used to it and then you don't want to stop eating it.

I was influenced by TikTok to make a reservation at Donna's and was not disappointed. We stopped at Lowboy, their sister restaurant/bar, for a drink while we waited the final 15 before our seating and had the most delicious gimlets. Anyways, we we're greeted by a lovely host and sat by the window in this very cozy nookish style restaurant. Our server, Audrey, recommend my partner the Negroni bianco which was delicious -this coming from an infamous Negroni hater. I had a dry martini that was so good I had a second. We ordered the calamari, chicken parm, and fusilli vodka. When I tell you every single dish was a 10/10 I'm not kidding. The food was impeccable as was the service. After we finished, we were offered two glasses of their house made limoncello, too sweet for my taste but such a nice way to end our meal. To top it all off when we left we forgot our leftovers, but do not fret people. Jack came running out after us to make sure they were not left be hind!!! This is a serial offense for us so the gesture was just too good to go without saying anything, thank you Jack!! Definitely recommend visiting if you have the opportunity. We will be back for sure!!

We magically scored walk-in seats at the bar Sunday night after the dodgers game-boy were we lucky! Donna's is a delight. The decor is modern and eclectic all at once. Service was warm, informative and attentive. The food was SPECTACULAR. I absolutely want to go back to try the peach plum bruschetta. Can't recommend the meatballs and carrot cake enough.

Best vodka sauce in all of LA. Hands down. Delicious and amazing and awesome every single time. Great atmosphere as well.

Came with a group of 4 for dinner and it did not disappoint! Staff were super attentive and friendly. Seating is a bit tight but still feels intimate between anyone at your table! We just got back from NYC and were lucky to try Don Angie's so this was a nice comparison! Donna's holds up to NYC Italian and that's saying a lot! We ordered cocktails, 3 antipasti, 1 primi, and 2 secondis. Between 4 people this was easily shareable and filling! The cocktails were delicious! I had the cocktail with mezcal and grapefruit - so refreshing and perfect for summer! We also tried a gin cocktail, and their orange wine. Solid all around! For antipasti we tried the Caesar Salad, garlic bread, and giardiniera. The salad was divine! Crispy lettuce and croutons, perfect amount of dressing, and no shortage of cheese! Definitely worth getting. The bread was probably the favorite of the table - cheese and garlic HEAVEN! We ended up getting 2 orders. If you're a fan of pickled vegetables the giardiniera was spot on and was a nice compliment to the cheesy and savory appetizers. I would consider it the unsung hero! For our primo we tried the fusilli alla vodka. Amazing flavor and the whipped ricotta and chili oil brought everything together so nicely. Highly recommend getting. I would have ordered more tbh. The two secondis we ordered were the chicken parm and the lasagna. Chicken parm was a classic cutlet (good size) with plenty of cheese and marinera. This is a great dish to split and break up some of the pasta dishes. The lasagna was excellent in flavor - a bit oily and I wish it was a bit more cheese as it seemed to be dominated by bolognese. The portions were a bit smaller for this dish than I was expecting and that's where my critique comes in. It's shareable between 2 people for sure, maybe 3, but 4+ people I would order a second order. We didn't get dessert as we were pretty full, but I would try the dessert out next time. Overall, a great Italian restaurant with a classic, home style feel!

My husband and I have been wanting to try Donna's for a long time because we live nearby and love Italian food. Well we finally tried it out yesterday by walking in and sitting at the bar. Thankfully there was no wait to sit at the bar and ordering food was a breeze! We tried the garlic bread, chopped salad, fusilli alla vodka, chicken parmesan and tiramisu. We loved the food overall but felt that some things were a tad salty. The garlic bread had a nice texture and maybe it could've used a little more garlic flavor but we enjoyed eating it while waiting for other dishes to come out. The chopped salad was lovely! I just wish it was tossed in less salad dressing because some of the bites were tooo salty and tangy. The chicken parmesan was amazing! 10/10 for us. Perfect flavor and textures. This was really fun to eat with the fusilli alla vodka which was also delicious and comparable to carbone although I do prefer carbone's rigatoni. We finished our meal with the tiramisu which was delectable. I did find the salted cream on top to be ridiculously salty however, we still loved the tiramisu. Definitely want to come back and try more dishes! :)

Holy shit that was good food and the service was great as well major thumbs up. I will be coming back faster than Robert Downey Jr's career after he booked Iron Man
